Nordwaldkammweg partial trail from the Dreisesselberg to Guglwald through the Böhmerwald (Bohemian forest) holiday region!

The Nordwaldkammweg is part of the "European long-distance hiking trail E 6" and leads from the Dreisesselberg in Bavaria (border area between Bavaria, Austria and the Czech Republic) to the Nebelstein in Lower Austria. The trail leads through Nordic-style, dense, dark, mossy forests such as the Bohemian Forest and the Sternwald, but also through very lovely areas with meadows and hamlets. Many sections of the trail run along the border with the Czech Republic. The highest peaks are the Dreisesselberg (1312 m), the Plöckenstein (1379 m), the Sternstein (1122 m), the Viehberg (1111 m) and the Nebelstein (1015 m).
